Home Away From Home is the perfect Insurance Package for your Cottage and Motel Business. Whether you operate year-round, or seasonally, Home Away from Home is just for you.
Our Premier Home away from Home” Insurance Program gives you very broad coverage, even if your business operation is seasonal. Rather than take away valuable coverages when you are Closed we simply have an open season deductible of $500.00 and a closed season deductible of $1,000.00.
Our Program also provides valuable Business Income coverage and Business Liability coverage in the amount of $2,000,000 instead of the usual $1,000,000. And, we're including Robbery of your guest income if you haven't gone to the bank yet.
Your “Home Away from Home” insurance package also comes with Rental Income Insurance, just in case you have a fire during the tourist and visitor season and lose the opportunity to receive guests for a season. And, we provide a full 18 months of coverage, if it's necessary.
Your personal and business contents are fully insured for Replacement Cost without deduction for depreciation. All you need to do is assure us that the insurance amounts you are picking reflect today's replacement costs.
If, for some reason, your motel and cottages do not qualify for our Premier Home away from Home package, we can still provide you with basic fire and liability protection.
