If you're operating a Bed n' Breakfast business from your own home and your guests are mingling with you and your family when you are open for business, then our ”Share our Home” Bed n' Breakfast Insurance Program is designed exclusively for you.
You keep a fully Comprehensive Homeowners Policy. Most insurance companies make you give up your Homeowners Package Policy which can cost you valuable coverages as a Homeowner. With “Share Our Home”, you get all of the “frills” of your Homeowners Insurance.
In addition to your Homeowners Package Policy, we include valuable Business Coverages to protect you, like Business Liability and Personal Liability - For $2,000,000 instead of the usual $1,000,000. And, Robbery of your rental income if you haven't gone to the bank yet.
Your “Share our Home” insurance package also comes with Rental Income Insurance, just in case you have a fire during the tourist and visitor season and lose the opportunity to receive guests for a season.
Your personal and business contents are fully insured for Replacement Cost without deduction for depreciation. And, we provide the same amount of coverage on your contents we provide on your home. If your home is insured for $120,000 - your contents are insured for an additional $120,000 – all in one price.
It's as simple as buying your Homeowners Insurance; but we throw in all of the business frills. It can all be done over the phone too! Your “Share our Home” Bed ' Breakfast program renews each June 1. You make three easy payments, in June, July, and August. But you can join the program anytime. We'll only charge you until next June.
